Elderflower season is pretty short, usually starting in May and ending by July, so if you want to get in on the elderflower cordial action, now is the time! There’s a lot of info out there about foraging elderflower and turning it into cordial or syrup, so this is an attempt to streamline things, and, as your *hopefully* trusted source, share my tried and tested method.
